Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Paddock Mail. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

Paddock Mail connects to your Google account with your permission to display your recent emails, generate AI-assisted digests and suggested replies, and send replies that you explicitly review and approve. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To use Paddock Mail, you authorize us to access your Google account through Google OAuth using the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for your Google account and for the content of any messages you choose to send through the service. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Paddock Mail uses third-party AI models to generate summaries and draft replies. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing any draft before sending it, and for the content of all messages sent from your account. Paddock Mail is not responsible for the consequences of messages you choose to send.

You agree not to use Paddock Mail to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Send spam, phishing, malicious, harassing, or otherwise unlawful or harmful messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to access or process data you are not authorized to access.

Your use of Paddock Mail is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we access, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

Paddock Mail and its original content, features, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission. You retain all rights to your own email content.

Paddock Mail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paddock Mail and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service, including any messages sent or not sent through the service.

You may stop using Paddock Mail at any time by signing out and revoking access in your Google account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Paddock Mail after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
